Internships
Relativity hosts immersive internship programs across the company, where college students and recent grads take on real-world assignments. You’ll write code, talk to customers, and gain work experience that’s tailored to you. And yes – you’ll get paid for it, too.
As an intern, you’ll be assigned a mentor to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
Internships are available in Chicago and Kraków.
Apprenticeships
We know everyone’s path through life is a little bit different – and doesn’t always include the traditional four-year college.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Coding Dojo, a coding bootcamp in Chicago, to build an apprentice program for the future’s best and brightest software engineers.
Open to new Coding Dojo graduates and alumni, the program is equal parts learning and contribution. You’ll join a team of full-time engineers, work with an assigned mentor, and gain the resources, programming, and structure to be successful throughout your career.
Relativity’s apprentice program is three months long, with 30-, 60-, and 90-day goals along the way. At the end, if all goes well, you’ll be eligible to join our team as a full-time software engineer.
We do not plan to run new apprenticeships for the remainder of 2023 and 2024 while we evaluate the next evolution of the program.
